Lunched with an old friend visiting from Boston today – the Pan Bagnat is now one of my favourite plates on the Island. It’s a Salade Nicoise, made perfectly by Alain at Jacala, then placed in a tasty bun. Pure deliciousness. Dog walkies tonight were fun. Everyone seemed to be busy with one thing or the other, and the sunset was beautiful.

OK rub it in already. It snowed this AM, albeit 1/2 inch but it was dreary wet and cold all day. Beam me to Anguilla Scotty!
