Anguilla has been honoured with a Royal Visit this week! The Earl and Countess of Wessex (The Earl is also known as Prince Edward, the youngest of Her Majesty’s children) came the Island yesterday in honour of Her Majesty the Queen’s 60th anniversary on the throne. The gallery was honoured with a visit from the Countess, and I was delighted to welcome her to the gallery, and show her the artists. She is as lovely and gracious as a person can be – a Royal in every sense…. Many thanks to Margaret “Sparky” Sparks for the great photographs. I should have more tomorrow featuring other aspects of the Royal visit to Anguilla>

What a lovely write-up! You must be so proud of your gallery – it looks wonderful, as do you. I am glad she is such a nice person – redeems my faith in royalty!

What a fun visit to read about! I hope to pay my own non-royal visit to your gallery on my next trip to Anguilla.
