Isaac – 10 am

I made the drive over to Junks Hole, and was relieved to see the sea quite calm.  I’m hoping the predictions that the storm goes south holds true.  A delight on the way home, though, as I encountered a group of Anguillian men tending their recently built “Coal KeeL”, the old old way of making cooking coals.  The wood is convered by an earthen igloo of sorts, and “sea moss” is added constantly to cool the fires, thus creating the coals.  Very very cool………
