Delighted to see Jacala’s open, after a well-deserved rest. Alain, Jacques and their staff really do a fabulous job of running this restaurant. I opted for one of the specials today, a “Spanish Tortilla”, filled with potato and lobster. Really one of the loveliest dishes I’ve enjoyed in a while. A little overcast today, but nice breezes helped us all feel the optimism of the coming season…… The breadbasket in the background helped me make short work of that gorgeous sauce!
