No matter how you say it, the ONLY way to celebrate it this year was with this astoundingly delicious “Lobster Risotto” at Jacala. Lobster done in provencal style, served on a bed of perfect risotto. Bravo!
OMG – that looks too good – Alain makes THE BEST calamari risotto, it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. His risotto is the best! Merry Christmas Frank, may your days be merry and bright, thanks for all the great posts this year, it was a pleasure to finally meet you.
