I had a great lunch at Viceroy today! These tuna sliders tickled my fancy a few weeks ago, and remained just as good today – they’re served with an amazing spicy seaweed side dish, that I thought was terrific. The tuna is seared, and served with pickled ginger and a mild wasabi sauce. Their mojito is one of the best on Anguilla – an Island which boasts many MANY fine mojitos. I was just in the mood to sit in their lovely Sunset Lounge, and enjoy the food and scenery.

The sandwiches and spicey seaweed look great and wonderful pics Frank. You have a new career if the gallery ever gets old (call me first). I hope however that the Viceroy restaurant is a better deal than their accomodations. For fun I just checked their website. Prices for 2 adult with two children in February. Wow! I’ll stick with mycarribean.com. Thanks again…Tim
