Perfection @ Hibernia

Oh me, oh my!  Dinner last night (Thanks Elizabeth and Bob!!) at Hibernia was superb.  It’s always a delightful evening, and last night’s choice, “Grilled Perigod Duck Breast, served with eggplant puree and shitake wonton,walnut wine sauce” was magnificent in every way.  I adore the art gallery there too – HAS to be second best on Island………..hibernia 1hibernia 3
