Worked hard all day yesterday, and decided to treat myself to something fabulous to eat and drink, ergo SandBar down in Sandy Ground. Started with a vodka martini infused with essence of hibiscus – the glass MUST have had a hole in it, as it seemed to dissapear rather quickly. The second one lasted longer. Small plates were wonderful – such purely delicious food! I had the friend chicken livers with cilantro and diced watermelon, and then the marinated vegetables. This place always pleases…….
