Every once in a great while, I simply have nothing to say, and no commenttary to add to a truly great painting.  This newest painting, “Jamaican Market Vendors” by the Jamaican master Stafford SchlieferJamaicanMarketVendors_30x16_Acrylic-on-cotton_2010 is one of those wonderful works.

    Thanks Ellen. Stafford is one of the most senior painters in the Caribbean today, and has exhibited world-wide. His paintings always distill the essence of his subject matter to colour and motion, while creating a purely beautiful object.
