Thankgiving at Jacala

SUCH a wonderful evening last night with great friends at Jacala.  We all started with a warm pumpkin soup, with a heavenly cloud of goat cheese slowly melting into this silky bowl of deliciousness.  The turkey with stuffing was clasically prepared, and extra gravy was lovingly ladled onto our plates if desired.  Alas, there was an amazing tarte au tartin served for dessert, but I pounced and devoured before I remembered the pic!20161124_190953-120161124_193723-1

    Thank You Frank! We always go the day after Thanksgiving, and have the wonderful soup and turkey risotto, no one makes risotto like Alain.
